I'm pretty sure you were the one who first recommended it to me. Wasn't even on my radar until about a month ago when someone here brought it up. Took me maybe 5 or 6 episodes to really get into it. For the longest time I was super confused and like "Why the Hell do Boomer and Sharon look so similar." Once I realized they were the same actress, then I was like "Oh, OK, all this stuff on Caprica must be in the past. They are just playing timeline tricks." Finally realized what was going on by about Episode 10. I'm kinda slow...

Binge watching from Season 1 right into Season 2 was interesting. I could immediately see the CGI and overall budget for the show ramped up at the onset of Season 2. Better CGI, more gun fights, more explosions, etc.

We just started the Expanse. It was recommended. Not sure what I think of it but only 3 episodes in.

You should! I tried reading "Game of thrones" 10 years ago, read 1 chapter, thought it wasn't for me. Tried again after all the buzz about the tv series.
Read all the books inside of 5 weeks.

I love the acting, the writing, and the cq. The science itself has some holes, but it really doesn't get in the way of the "suspension of disbelief" (Much like Star Wars).

I was like you with Game of thrones. Couldn't get into it at first but went back to it and now love the books and show. They are killing us though with this ridiculous wait for the final season.

I always thought they needed to make a movie/mini-series out of Without Remorse, too.

I was a big fan of his first two books, not so much after that.
Initially Jack Ryan was a great character, and I like his other superman sergeant that appeared in his later books also.

Dark. It's everything that Stranger Things wasn't. If you haven't seen Stranger Things, watch it. Ozark is nothing short of amazing. Haven't started Mind Hunter but plan to.

As already posted: Stranger Things, Mind Hunter, Ozark (!!!).

If you like British cop shows Luther is a must watch (and, if you don't Luther will make you like British cop shows). Also, Line of Duty and Happy Valley are really good as well.

I haven't heard of Altered Carbon but just read up on it and it sounds promising.

People were comparing it to Blade Runner, Akira, The Matrix etc etc... I'm gonna have to check it out
