That is the intake manifold cover off the N52 used as a bumper grill. Pretty creative.

*Flashbacks to a few years ago* Was driving my moms Honda, her license plate had a bit of paint missing in the middle, but nothing that would make it whatsoever hard to read the plate. Got threatened with a ticket, got the plates changed the next day, and ever since then I get very annoyed when I see cars with no reflective paint left on their plate.

X5/6M have quad tip exhaust like the M3 so its more so in the middle rather than the outside like the M5/M6
