Wanted to know what the hype was all about so picked up one to add to the collection. Fits so well on the wrist, the quality and finish gives me my AP vibes. The quick change bracelet feature is stunning and it’s shocking that Cartier came up with it and not one of the holy trinity brands or Rolex.

Seiko Spirit Quartz. I like the look of this in green even more than the 4 times as expensive Prospex Alpinist but I'd wear it more except for the Hardlex (hardly) crystal. I might try a 32mm screen saver, which would also fit my Casio Duro.

Best decision I made when I got this some time back along with my PP 5167 and Yachtmaster on Oysterflex. Has done better for me than my freaking stocks right now, but will never sell these and rather pass them down to my son.

back to the future...
Not only is the Casio PRW6600 a fun watch, but navy/khaki is my favourite colour combination. I couldn't resist for $220 Canadian at Costco. Way too much mineral crystal here, so I installed a 37mm tempered glass screensaver (1mm down from the size of the flat crystal). Now I can check my altitude or compass bearing at any precise time!

Don't think I've ever searched this hard for any of my pieces. Including the Rolex's, AP or the Patek. But as they say, perseverance pays and after searching high and dry, I finally have the elusive Lake Tahoe on my wrist. And oh my God is it ever glorious. Everything I imagined and more. Haha.

Added a fun piece to the collection. Something that will never return the value so will likely always be a part of the collection but my love of big watches drove me to it. I have two more new pieces incoming and after that I will calm down for a bit. lol.
