This happened to me 5 years ago. Parked for 20 minutes and came back to this.

I waited 40 minutes for the guy to come back. Luckily for me, he did not. I’ve never been to jail before.

Municipal budgets are under pressure. One could easily see these photos as an invitation to issue larger fines, replenish budgets, and provide better services to citizens.

Should have taken a picture but I was at Kroger this morning before heading to the office down town to pick up a few things.

I parked next to the handicapped spot so I know no one would park next to me. Keep in mind, there was no one and I mean no one there. Pretty much the whole parking lot was wide freakin open!

So I come out from paying for my few items, I see some fuck stick parked super close to me in his VW suv. I am talking about I had to crawl into my car. Remember, the WHOLE parking lot was wide the fuck open! I see him get out of his car and light up a cig and just stood there next to his car for a few until he saw me and he quickly walked towards the entrance. I hope he heard me cussing because it was a true WTF moment..

Side note...its been a WTF drive into work this morning. Wow, lots of morons out driving this morning..its freakin crazy.

Meh, keying someone's car isn't worth it. I worked in insurance for a while, too many cameras everywhere and with how much it can cost to repair you are looking at a possible felony.

Get some of those stick on wheel balancing weights and put a few on their wheels. Drives them crazy for a few weeks and helps support local tire balancing shops.
