It depends. 4-6 is normal. My body gives out before my mind. I have always been a go full speed till you drop and wake up running kind of person. I think of sleep more as idle - still in accessory mode - not so much fully off.

However, I have gotten better at balancing things. This is the most I've slept in years (same hour range as you). Exercise plays a crucial role in this.

Haha don't put weight on though bruh. It catches up quick. Relationship comfort is one of the biggest killers of BMI. It happened to me in 2012.

And really? I've been debating whether or not to see it. The stills from the preview look pretty spooky, though.

I have so much that I've learned, and so much to learn. That's why I'm really glad to have folks like you guys to learn from. Srsly.

But yeah, I definitely feel kinda old, actually. I'm looking at it as a good thing. I want to be "young" when I'm closer to my 40's, which is why I'm killing myself now so I can enjoy more of life later.
