And yeah it was SC. I'm never on there so send me the good videos that will expire under regular circumstances lol.
Haha I will send them to you directly next time.

My position for the Porsche GT3-RS is now 1st on the regional list when production resumes. I'd appreciate any thoughts on what I should do.

BTW...I track. No garage queens. If anyone wants to discuss the investment potential of the car, this isn't the right place.
Dude! Don't abandon me in the N/A club! 991 GT3 RS all the way! Not to mention, the GT3 RS is 8 seconds faster on the Nurburgring than the M4 GTS. But the M4 GTS is cool because it's super low production.

GT3 RS, final answer.

To be honest, if given the option, I would go for the M4 GTS, given that it is more current and provides somewhat similar performance. I believe it is approximately $35-$40K cheaper, no?

991.2 GT3/GT2RS will be here mid/late next year as 2018 models.

EDIT: I don't mention price to say that you will save money, because if you are considering either of those two cars, then obviously money is not an issue LOL. But I do love how limited the M4 GTS is, and you could consider a 991.2 further down the road. It will have a 4.2L.

GT3-RS every day, for track use.

Now, enough of your first world problem. I just learned that i've been getting ripped off when i get my glorious BBQ pulled chicken. Ok, so not really ripped off, but definitely had the wool pulled over my eyes. I wasn't able to get by there on Monday night so i picked up two rotisseries and pulled my own meat. jtodd_fl

Lunch time rolls around at the office and i start measuring out 6oz for lunch. Except i keep putting chicken in the bowl and there is less and less room than normal. I dump it all out and make sure i zeroed the scale once the bowl was on and repeat. Same thing happens. So i stop at 5.5oz which looks like 1/3rd more meat than i usually put in the bowl. Then it hit me..... BBQ sauce.

I put on about 2/3s of the sauce they apply and the weight jumped up to 7.4 oz!! So for every POUND of chicken i've been buying, 5-6oz of it is made up of BBQ sauce!!

W.T.F.!?!?!? I thought this was 'Murica damn it!!

Too much!

Too much BBQ sauce, that is. I wonder how much that has increased his profit margin?

The guy that owns it, Todd is rarely there. I know him from way back when his family had the local farmers market / butcher shop in town.

Last time he was there when i picked up the BBQ it felt heavy to me so i weighed it when i got home. I asked for 2.5 pounds of chicken. It weighed out at 3.5 pounds. Now that i've figured out the sauce weighs so much i know what happened.

That day, he didn't have any made up. So he pulled my meat while i waited. jtodd_fl When he measured it out he did so without sauce. Then once measured, squirted on a load of sauce. (jtodd doesn't know where to start)

But no, it's not a bid deal. It's just that my food logs are now off for like the last 8 months. I know, i know, it's not a huge deal. But damn it, if I'm going to take the time to log my food, i want that shit to be accurate.

I just give up... I miss like an hour and all this good material is just there... and now... I got nothing to add.

I will just say this... the longer you work the meat before the sauce, the better.

This is a fact too. I get this. I once found out that one of my running routes was like 2.97 miles instead of 3.11 (5K) and I was so pissed. I literally exported the entire log history into excel and recalculated everything and used the averages to determine new calorie data everything. I then adjusted the route. Being a quant and OCD is a bad combination.

(Yes, this was in the days before GPS running stuffs.)

Both. Even if you track it, they'll both be worth more when you're done with them. I'd lean more towards the rs but at least you can compare both and decide to sell one down the road.

Haha! So true! But then they throw in some options that seem valuable to me for free.

Do you want the Porsche Crest on the headrests? $350 fronts $500 full
Do you want red seat belts $500
Do you want key matched to car color $300

Then they throw in some cool options like extended gas tank for free!

Yeah, eating out though, tough to really know the portions are accurate.

Sauce is such a killer though. Mad carbs, right?

Lots of sugar in BBQ sauce, so yeah. I had accounted for BBQ sauce calories & nutrients through volume, not weight. I just didn't realize it weighed so much. So i had been logging 6oz of chicken when i was only getting about 4 to 4.5oz.

Almost always, the chicken (and pork) is already pulled and mixed with sauce. They have a deal for sandwiches 2 for $5 or 5 for $10, etc... so they can just slap some sauced up meat on a large dinner roll and send you on your way... happy.

As it turns out, despite this devastation, i'll survive.....but just.

Sorry, computer glitched out hitting the "appreciate" button, but that's one of the few things I miss about Taiwan, especially since I was in the next district over in Zhonghe (中和區)

Almost always, the chicken (and pork) is already pulled and mixed with sauce. They have a deal for sandwiches 2 for $5 or 5 for $10, etc... so they can just slap some sauced up meat on a large dinner roll and send you on your way... happy.

As it turns out, despite this devastation, i'll survive.....but just.
...Yea, Um....No.

I've got serious BBQ up here...you keep can keep that Florida stuff down there...
