Are the Caps going to make the big comeback? If they somehow pull this series off, there is a huuuuge chance they will actually get the cup.

It's kinda late to say but I watched NHL Network in which some experts weigh over the goaltender interference claimed by Edmonton Oilers . I thought that should have not allowed but according to the rule, when a goalkeeper is out on the crease or slightly out of the blue line, he looses his supremacy even if his ability to pick the puck was hampered by opponent team player.

Just watched that play and I find it hard to believe it was not goalie interference. Half his body was out of the blue but he was being nudged out as well as had no space to even be in the blue as a Duck player was there. I don't see this call being consistent with what is normally called. I've seen this called goalie interference every time during the regular season.

Speaking of goaltenders Holtby outplayed Fleury extensively at the 3rd period as Washington Capitals defeated Pittsburgh Penguins 4-2 , first ever home win by Caps .
When it was 2-2 or even Pens led the game 2-1 , Holtby made some remarkable saves to help his team hold the line . Caps survived for now but Pens seem to write the book (pen errr pun intended )

Pens played smart and scored some textbook goals too , 2nd goal was awesome in every aspect of game .Now series is 3-2 i favor of Pittsburgh Penguins .

Ottawa Senators 5-4 New York Rangers ,what a hectic game yet thrilling too . Ottawa Senators lead the series 3-2 but in New York I think it will 3-3 given how New York Rangers crushed and won over Ottawa Senators in past two games . Ottawa Senators is somehow winning at home but none of these wins have been as easy as New York wins at home .

Then Pens could do it, quite easily, in Game 7, wasn't a problem for them back in 2009.

Will be a nervous wreck, they're defending champs for a reason but if the Caps played like they've been playing since the third period of Game 5, they're a very tough team to beat.

Outside of the 2nd 1/2 of game 2...Caps have pretty much rolled this series. Just haven't always been able to put it in the net.

Love game 7's though. We'll see...don't think I'd be shocked either way though.

I'm a very jaded DC sports fan and am nervous as hell for Game 7.

Well his streak is at odds with how the Caps can play in Game 7.

....it is also at odds with the Pens stellar game 7 record on the road.

Big difference though is that it's obvious you guys aren't the same with Letang hurt. I don't think we'd of bounced back from the 3-1 series deficit if it weren't for him being hurt.
