8 years, not so easy to quit. I was promised some better position , so I worked my ass hard to get new clients , bring few $$$$$ to my company, and my boss told me I was too focused to please the client , not enough at the office to communicate with other workers, so I cant get the 'better' position. I get it, I manage Autobody facility and my ex-boss once told me I'm not enough of an A-hole. I then explained, thats why the people you hire turn over after a few months and mine stay for years and seek me out if I change locations

I got a call from the GM (General Manager) at the dealership I work at.

He called me to tell me he looked at my paycheck and I made $4,200 in two weeks. He told me I made more than my fellow employees

Never thought I'd make that much money in two weeks at the age of 22. Hell, that's more than what some people make in a month.
