BAN for thinking a CVT can have manual mode.

Door dings? Pffft...
There are days I dream of having a 7.3 diesel Excursion with a lift and winch bumpers so I can do exactly that.

My confession: Sold the M3.......bought a Merc.

Complete fail.

Regretted it after about 3 days.

This mistake will be rectified, be sure of that.

I had four M3's before the Merc. Merc will do 155mph as well.....but is dead in my hands.

I will be looking at an E93 in White.

She's got a Gale Banks-tweaked 7.3 'Stroke, alright. I haven't hung a snow plow on it for several years, but the plow frame is still mounted on the front. If some dolt were to fail to yield to "Old Yeller" (it's a creepy Champagne gold metallic) and that beefy plow frame were to "make an impression" on his/her vehicle, I'd treasure that memory for the rest of my years. The nicer the vehicle and the more substantial the impression, the richer the memory. Would be a photo that got passed around the campfire like one of a huge fish or a big game trophy.

That's the way I feel a lot of times. Just give me a plow and let me loose. We actually had a guy going around cars in the emergency lanes and "on-ramps" on the side of the Interstate yesterday just being a dick to get around people who were running the speed limit or better.

I was thinking I would have loved to be in some huge truck and just kept pushing him off into the grass...and eventually the fence. And I wouldn't feel bad about it. Yeah..I was in a pretty bad mood yesterday as I normally ignore that kind of stuff and just keep my distance.

I keep the truck at the cabin, for this reason in addition to that being the place where I use it most. If I drove that thing daily around where I live, my legal standing and freedom would be in serious jeopardy. I'd have a felony arrest within a year, guaranteed.

What is worse? Calling someone a fatso or trying to kill someone. Hmmm ... tricky dick.

You'd have to elaborate on the killing someone part. For example, are you trying to kill someone by deliberately not interfering with or stopping a bad habit they have (such as over eating, drinking too much, drugs, etc), or, are you actively plotting someone's demise and if so, how?

I confess that I don’t feel one bit ashamed for milking BMW out of maybe $7k worth of warranty repairs on my f36. They changed out the TC, guides, gaskets and a bunch of other things.

BTW, need prayers as I’m leaving in a few hours to VA Beach for Thanksgiving. 1000 miles, 14 hour drive.

last week i requested off Wednesday (today) and friday, thursday office is closed. I have plenty of vacation time. The boss said Wednesday might be tough because I need to send out projects, work on last minute redlines. tuesday we will see the work flow and if its slow then you can take off. I said I can come in and leave early if you need me.......

yesterday the boss was out of the office for field visits, meetings etc. I sent him message 230pm, reminding him if i was ok to take off wednesday.... NO REPLY.

I TOLD my boss I was leaving at noon, but he's only been my boss for about 3 weeks

I took 4 (instead of 2) Super Colon cleanse pills yesterday, and made an excuse to leave the water board meeting that didn't involve the fact I had excruciating bowel pain because they were working OT. Barely made it home. . .

I feel for you man. Unfortunately I work in a field where we are at work when no one else is (Shutdowns). Fortunately I have a boss (President) who pretty much lets me take any time I ask for....especially since I never use the 4 weeks of vacation I get each year.

But I'm always here by 5:00AM and usually don't get out until 4:00 PM. He tells me he doesn't want me to burn myself out.

But it sucks when you have to work for someone like you described. And typically the one who is the most loyal to the company tends to get screwed the most.
