It grosses me out when I'm dropping a deuce in the work bathroom and I can hear someone brushing their teeth. Bro, my fecal matter is in the air!

Old dudes that hit on girls, especially in the sauna when they don't have anywhere to go or escape. So they're stuck and have to make small talk.

Sometimes I think it's annoying/cringey. Other times I admire their ability to just not give a flying shit lol

Yeah this is the worst, and they usually travel in groups of like 4 which is ridiculous. How do you even get a workout in with that many people smh...

So here is an interesting one that I have noticed for years. We have a guy at our gym who only comes because his company pays for the membership. Very odd guy.

He doesn't work out, just uses the facility. He comes in the front door and heads straight to the back locker rooms to hit the toilet, shower, and dress for work.

Comes out of the shower unclothed, and proceeds to sit on the corner of a bench with nothing underneath him. Also always pulls the floor fan directly in front of him and cranks it up to the max. Sits there for awhile getting air dried, then dresses and leaves for work. Needless to say...I never use that bench to sit anything on.

And he is a huge guy (350+) that needs to exercise. You can hear him huffing and puffing just trying to breath as you are opening the locker room doors.

I asked one guy about it before who has spoken with him, and he said that the guy said "why pay for water and utilities at his place when he can come to the gym which is on the way to his job".????

Exactly. Plus he looks just like the Chris Farley character of a guy living in a van down by the river!

There's a similar heavy set guy that comes to our gym. Probably in his 20's. I see him walking to the gym and brings a shit load of stuff with him including his laptop. He just hangs out and watches Netflix inside the gym. Granted, I'm pretty sure he's moderately autistic.

That's what I love about my gym. Hardly anyone touches the 100lb plates, and we have dumbbells that go to 150lbs.

Hopefully one day....I will be able to use them! 😁

I know......but you're a pretty strong guy. I seen that video of the 330lb paused bench. That's impressive by any standards!

Just paused 335 relatively easily. Had to tell the guy to get his hands off the bar while it was laying on my chest then still pressed it out.

Not a bad thing.....always striving for more. We need goals.

But how many people you see that can rest pause 300+ at our bodyweight.....and balancing it with the fact that the gym isn't the biggest consuming thing in our life.

I've met some hardcore people through the years. If the gym were ever taken away from them...they wouldn't know what to do.

They center their life around it and it gets unhealthy at a point!
