What ASB said. NC area. We get together every now and then, Rohistja has yet to join us though. Always welcome if you have a weekend off. I'm always up for traveling too because I have too much free time.

I'm up for it, as well. I lived in the triangle for about 2 years and love the area!
I can make a run to the ATL for work then cut over to NC. We can meet at Foreign Cars Italia, sample the inventory and then move on to more exciting pursuits!

If you're being serious, count me in. Name the time and place and let the shenanigans commence. Roping ASB into the mix shouldn't be hard, he can't get enough of me.

I am deadly serious!
We can start planning but it can't be until April. My next 7 weeks are horrendous with air travel and meetings.

That's fine, because by April it should be warm enough that I can take the bike out.

Saw what looked to be an unrestored, aka beat to shit, 1969 Ford Falcon station wagon in rush hour traffic this morning. Burned probably as much oil as gasoline, rear end sagged, rust everywhere, and this guy is driving 80 mph and switching lanes like an Audi driver.

I had to make some moves to get next to him, and by that point I was traveling at an uncomfortable speed for even my 30 year newer Jeep, but I was able to snap a pic. Never was able to see the animal that was piloting that thing though. I'll post it when I have service later.

Ah yes!
The classic, 'Fill it up with oil and check the gas', sort of vehicle!

You have a bike...I didn't remember. Now you're just pissing me off.

I won't be able to ride until 2 years after I get me hips replaced.

What do you have?

No joke, I smelled it before I saw it. I had just accelerated hard uphill and thought it was mine, so I started looking around for the culprit. Much to my relief, the trail led right to the wagon.

I lost an oil line on a rented turbo car before and the James Bond-esque smoke screen was actually me!!

It was from the "Gangsta Name Generator" thread. Now I'm concerned.

What do you have?
Yes, which I miss so much with the cold weather. It's only a mere Kawi 650R. Lately I've been on buying binges, so once the weather warms up I might upgrade to another ZX10.

2 years after? Does this mean you are getting hip surgery soon?

Yes, I'm thinking in May. Trying to get a huge project completed before that time.

If it's bothering YOU, we may have to call Al Gore to get it removed from his internet.

So Krapula hit 7k miles and advised me that a service was due. 391 miles later, I listened and took the bitch for her beauty spa.

I had a nice chat with the SA and advised him that she has a new name and to log it in the system so BMW is aware of who she is and just how special she is to me. Persuasive ass that I can be, I even got him to let me record him saying Krapula. Much fail was had, since it's not "Krapbula." Twice he said that. So sad...Americans and their foreign language skills.
