Since my father is in town, I left him with the BMW and I rode the motorbike to work this morning. A little chilly around 45° when I left, wind chill sucked since my gloves are not meant for cold.
Well..., traveling at 70mph a bird flew into my chest and scared the hell out of me. I confess that it scared me more than it should have. LOL |

Haha, nice! I was riding with a buddy one time, a couple of years ago here in FL. He was ahead of me several dozen feet. A bird hit him on the shoulder, and then hit me in the chest. Flying bastard! That was a good laugh!

Years ago was driving in a 2 40 z middle of the desert with the window down on a hot night a giant bug hit my mirror and ricochet into the front seat of my car there was some sort of SAP all over the place bug hit my chest it was so big pulled over immediately passenger my girlfriend was so scared I had to take passenger seat out of the car unbolt it from floor put it in the boat I was towing since we saw the bug crawl underneath the seat and into the stitching. We continued to Blythe 50 more miles with her sitting on floor board, lol Later that night I bought some high powered bug spray and sprayed it all throughout the seat and left the seat in the parking lot of the motel the next morning the bug as big as it was was sitting alive next to the seat in the parking lot as if to say that s*** ain't gonna hurt me.

Bats FREAK me out. Prolly cause we've had them flying around in the house. Had to catch one with a butterfly net.

A bee flew in the window of a guy I worked with while he was driving the "company" car. He left it in the ditch and walked back to the office, and he wasn't even allergic.

I got stung by a bee riding my motorcycle once (on Mulholland Drive in LA) -- right in my cheek through the open visor on my full face helmet.
I felt fine for a bit and then got woozy. Had to get off the bike for a minute but decided to get home, and took myself to hospital next door in Tarzana. Ended up with my whole face swelled up on a bunch of drugs. I was arguing with the nurse because whatever she gave me made my whole body feel sharp pain; finally another nurse came and gave me something else to calm me down. That was a fun day, haha! I had been stung by bees before when I was a kid, and nothing happened; this time, however, I had a severe allergic reaction. Bastards! But hey I didn't go down!! |

Not an hour into my first ride home from the dealer when I bought my first bike, I caught a bee in my chin strap and it stung me in the cheek. Fking hard to get a stinger out while driving down the road with gloves on.

I was driving about 30mph with both windows open. I had a bird fly through the driver’s side window and exit out the passenger side. The wing hit me in the face and knocked by glasses off. Scared the hell out of me.

When I was 6 (maybe 7) my family and I were on a train in Russia and a black bird splat into my window at full speed. When I say splat, it was seriously a loud splat, and the bird was, for lack of a better term, splat... Freaked the shit out of me. Still think about it 25 years later. Maybe it was some kind of sign.
Unfortunately, I did not become a superhero known as Splatbirdman. It would have been cool, though. |

Senior year of High School my buddy and I were driving down 18 mile, we were in his '98 Malibu like a boss ya know, and in Sterling Heights, there's this Canadian goose infestation year round. They'll get frozen in the ponds from sleeping there over night in winter....
Well anywho, they like to walk across main roads at their own discretion, and of course neither of us paying attention, hit one head on. I've never seen so many feathers fly in the air in my life. Had it been slow motion, it most closely resembles a chick pillow fight in a movie. It was magical. Probably one of the coolest and saddest things I've seen at a single moment. LOL |

I would like to see the sequel to the "Breakfast Club", you know, the teen angst movie from the mid-eighties. They could call it "The Dinner Club" or something and show all the actors in their 40's and what became of them.
