Question good workouts to do at home??

what are some good workouts to do at home (without any equipment)?

i.e, pushups, sit ups, etc.

any links with examples and any tips on a good routine would be great. thanks in advance.

burpees
body squats
upside-down pushups
lunges
Those are just a few of them

Get a set of these if you don't want to invest in plates/dumbbells:

p90x, many of the moves dont need equipment or can be completed with a $15 workout band from any sports store. It will beat your ass if you can even complete it.
