Have a light protein shake before workout 30 to 40 min prior, workout then have like dark matter which is slow digestive protein for post workout.
Im currently cutting and at 222 6 foot i was 247 bulked up for winter my fathers a big guy 6' 2" 235 and my uncles are big guys, runs in the family. depends on genetics fellas. and the kind of "supplements" people take. |
