Microfilter Q?

A newb question, my bro in law wants to know if it is easy to change out a microfilter on a e60 528i and if he should do it himself.. anyone know?? Thanx

Replacing the cabin filter in the E60 is a pretty simple job -- a quarter twist of a bolt and opening a latch.

About a 5 minute task.
