damn, that's some hardcore analytical stuff. Thanks for the insight. To clarify, I have had baby fat (fat when I was 12 ish), and even when I was 130 (i'm 5'11") running cross country in high school, i had this fat/loose skin around my mid section. I would get folds when i sit down, even tho I have a six pack. I guess it's this loose skin that I really want to eliminate, all the while building more definition.

take ON whey protein bfore ad after your workout. Take creapure creatine before your workout(you can take it with your whey protein if you like). Get a set workout and have a little notebook to write down what exersizes you do and how much weight you did. then every workout add more weight to one part of your workout. You should never work the same bodypart more than twice per week. Also getting on a solid multi vitamin is important. After all that just get your diet down and you WILL lose weight and look better. Id say its 60% nutrition and 40% workout and supplements.
