Windows 7 RTM torrent?

Ok, really interested in trying out Windows 7 from all I've read about it. Anyone have a reliable and trusted torrent for this? PM me please. Thanks!

just get it from Microsoft lol. Its free testing but you gotta pay for it on the release date. Im running it right now and have yet to come across a problem. They really worked well on this OS. Plus its gonna be much cheaper than Vista.

No the OP is on the right track, I believe the version you get from Microsoft is still the pre-release. The RTM is the release to manufacturer (final version), so that companies like dell and such can pre-load the final release of Windows 7 on PC's.

Been using that version and its great, you just have to use an activation patch that temporarily activated the copy of windows until February of next year, you can do windows updates and use it just like you would if you bought it. February of next year you need to type in a legit CD key or it locks. (Or you can crack it)

But I dont even bother cracking Windows OS anymore, Microsoft finally got smart and just made it super annoying to crack Windows machines and I dont have the patience or time to deal with little things like that anymore.

Either way, sent you a PM.

Thanks Daemon32. So that activation patch you sent me is only good till Feb of next year?

Also, how big are the .iso's (I'm assuming the torrents are for ISO's). I've heard the 64bit should be like 3GB and the 32bit (x86) should be 2.3GB.

The torrents I sent you:
64 bit ISO - 3.03 gig
32 bit ISO - 2.36 gig

Correct the activation patch is a temporary activation until feb of next year. By then there will be plenty of cracks around for you to use or you can just type in a legit cd key and continue using the copy after that date.

Apple.com has a windows 7 RTM torrent? wow, first they switched to intel, now they are switching to microsoft. Nice move on their part in my opinion...

Seriously though... I can't run OSX because 90% of the applications I run require a PC with Windows... and all the "virtual" stuff just adds cost and clunkyness. I have a mac, I use it for creative design stuff, web browsing, daily tasks.... when I wanna get work done, I gotta run windows, because the world of software, especially hardware specific software (car stuff), runs on windows only.

I am buying the windows 7 family pack when it comes out and upgrading all my computers to 7... I already run the RC and everything is GREAT.

Keep wasting your hard earned money on overpriced apples and keep your opinions to yourself.

Now that Macs and PC's use identical hardware I cant quite figure out why the average Mac laptop or workstation is almost double the price of a similar PC. But hey, if a small % of idiots want to waste money to help restimulate the economy Im all for it.
