i know if you have nav, just go into the menu options and turn down the chime noise

it doesnt exist, its been talked about to death.

There are two ways around it:

1. Get in your car, start the car, & wait for it.................put on your seat belt. your light and chime should go off.

2. this DIY should also work like a dandy.

in theory, the PROcede canbus *might* be able to disable it. but i doubt Shiv would be remotely interested in addressing it, not to mention the liability.

dont have nav. damn it.

i understand that it's a fuse i gotta remove. i want all sounds to go away. the noise that reminds you your key is still in the car, the noise that tells you to put on your seatbelt, the noise that tells you it's really cold outside, the noise that says you're almost out of gas, all freakin useless!

I actually think this is the least sketchy of them all... except the spare seatbelt one

Seatbelt chime can be coded out, it will require a DIS or autologic.
