Don't worry..I know how you feel. I had to do my gov't PFT and was so pumped up and they called the day before and pushed it to the following week due to "anticipated weather" Granted it poured but it killed my mojo. The following week, we got the same anticipated weather but they didn't postpone it again. I ended up pulling my hamstring on the sprint thanks to the weather and conditions and am appealing and waiting to hear my judgement. Bitter? I'd say so!

How long did you have to do your pushups and situps. If I recall correctly, the army allows you to pause in the up motion..right? And situps are arms crossed in front of the chest?

Push ups:

If you lift your hands or feet you are disqualified

If you move them in you can not move them back out (hand position)

You can sag in the middle or bend at the back without too much bend in the knees, only authorized rest positions

Sit ups:

Fingers interlocked behind the head only, elbows must pass the knees.

Now I have to swear in under oath as a Army Officer candidate. Upon graduation I will be commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant. I now (once I raise my right hand) will receive a 3.5 year scholarship (100% tuition/fees and $1200 book allowance) to my school. Along with a stipend every month of $350 this year, next year $450 and senior year $500.
