Rene Arnoux
With seven F1 wins the Frenchman's driving style raised a few eye brows as he listened to no one which is why Renault and then Ferrari let him go as his self esteem was more important than team orders.
Prost himself was fired by Ferrari years later for talking publicly as he tired of their constant in house personal politics when Senna forced him to change teams for his own safety. I think the article overdoes it by calling his life sad now and his pic is doctored but it can be argued that Senna used defending tactics similar to Arnoux. |
