I grew up camping at Cachuma Lake. Went to Kings Canyon one year when it was hit with a flash flood; had to be the late 60's. My idea of camping now is a hotel/motel with no free breakfast.

Yep! My oldest son had a total meltdown there when it was the day of the new Spongebob premiere when we stayed there, circa 2001?

Very true. Now that same kid is 1000 miles away, married, has a real job, and thinking of kids of his own. We still talk about that particular meltdown, and we both laugh now. Enjoy the little ones now, again later when they’re adults, and everything in between!
