BMW 1 Series F21
On and off consendation in both front headlights
Has anyone added their own small ventilation holes (from underneath or rear? Would this help? Thanks |

It's not directly related to your F21 or even cars. But when I had my 09 Ducati 848, I ran into condensation problems with both headlights with the bike not even a year old. The "official" fix from Ducati was to drill a small hole in the rear cover that gives access to the the bulbs. I think if you can find a spot where you can drill a small hole where it won't allow any water to get in, then you should be fine.

Mine were really bad even after all of the above suggestions. So I Removed DRL and caps.....totally clear ( removed the bulbs to stop wires being melted and taped up connectors). It's ok if you don't mind not having DRL on.
Next move now I know it works it to try and drill some ventilation holes from behind to put the DRL's back in |
