Yup. Brekkie at 0630 Tahitian time (which, weirdly enough) is the same as Hawaiian time.

Reason #1: We visit Wifey's relatives in MI every so often. Their home wifi uses the same subnet as my home wifi. Ages ago when I set up our home network, I was lazy/not-too-bright and left the default 192.168.1.x setup in place. Now I have a bunch of devices with IPs in that range, so changing it now would be a pain. The problem is when I'm on an outside network with that IP range, I can't use my VPN because both ends of a VPN tunnel can't be using the same IP range. I've run into the same issue with some hotel networks. This device will connect to an existing wifi and then use a different subnet for devices connected to it. So my VPN will (should) then work.
Reason #2: I'm a retired IT geek who likes playing with new toys. (Maybe those reasons should be in the reverse order.)
