Is my M235i tuned?

Long story short, I bought my m235i recently and I can’t get these monitors to set (Catalyst Monitor, 02 Sensor Monitor, 02 Sensor Heater Monitor). I have driven 200 miles combined both freeway and city. On top of that, the sport gauges show maximum of 480 hp and 560 torque, from what I gathered online is that it’s tuned that’s why it shows more than a stock one. I have no way to contact old seller as I bought this car from an auction. It won’t pass smog without the monitors set. Is my M235i tuned? How can I get it reverted back to stock? TIA.
