The C8 looks like a GTA Online version of a Lambo.

The C8 is what you get when you order your Lambo from Wish.

I think everything has depreciated because everything was over appreciated. A used car should not cost more or the same as a new car. I think the C8 is coming back in line with that. It’s a corvette after all and not some special limited edition collector car.

I owned a C7 and I liked it. I would consider owning a C8 if it came with a manual. My friend has one and I drove it through some winding roads and honestly I have no complaints other than it’s automatic. Certain angles it looks weird and certain angles it looks good... I think the C7 looks better. I found the interior to be very nice, nicer than the C7.

There was a black, 2024, 1,900-mile LT1 up for auction on BaT today. Zero options. $69,990 was the listed price on the window sticker. It was bid to $57,000. It was being sold by a dealer. It did not reach the reserve minimum.

Not really sure what the dealer was expecting.

Stingray? If not that would explain it for sure.

Yes, a base Stingray LT1 trim.

A think a lot of dealers still believe it’s 2021 or just refuse to take a loss. I see LT2s and LT3s for under $70k all day. I’ve even see a few on Carmax which is usually overpriced.

Honestly the current car market really makes me not want to buy anything. At least for me… all my cars have dropped in trade in value by a LOT meanwhile the used car prices are still high IMO (although they have come down some VERY slowly).

And why use BaT to sell a current model year no-options LT1 Corvette that is the least expensive model GM sells? Its a used sports car that should be in a dealer's used car inventory. Even the stupidity of BaT'ers left realism on the table for this auction.

Blame the idiots who were willing to wait in line for over a year and pay over MSRP for one.
