BMW E61 N53B25 strage metallic noise at low RPM

Hello,
There is some strage metallic noise coming from engine bay in my E61 with N53B25 engine
Here is a video:

The problem accurs on cold and warm engine, only around 700RPM, 1000RPM and 1500RPM.

Edit: There is no errors from engine

Has someone had simmilar issue? Any suggestions?

I have a additional question for N53 owners. What should be fuel consumption on open road at 120km/h and 140km/h? Should stratified charge be present at that speeds? I'm asking because stratified charge is gone in my car when im driving at higher speed than 120km/h, and then the fuel consumpion raises a lot.

I have a similar noise right now on my n52. Seems to me like it could be the catalytic converter. I’m in the process of taking mine off but the metal inside can become loose and give that noise. Mine sounds like it comes from lower engine area near oil pan.

Give it a few knocks with a flathead or your hands and see if you can hear anything rattling.

If not could also just be a loose exhaust bracket which is pretty common and would be a much simpler fix.
