Can't reset rear window

I have a 2009 528xi and recently replaced both driver side windows.
The driver rear window when closing and reaches the top, opens to half-way.
(The sunroof also does this intermittently)

I have tried the reset procedure suggested in the manual but I can't get it to work still.

Has anyone done this with a rear window? I've seen a post suggesting the procedure is different for the rear windows.

Any insight to correcting this is appreciated
