xHP problem. HELP!

Hello guys i got the following problem with xHP it says that it doesnt support it. Car is with changed gearbox to 6hp28. Some of my friends told me it can be a CAS problem also i got some different fault codes for my DSC. Please help.

They’re in Europe time zone, their English is a bit rough, they lack good customer service manners, but eventually you get to the answer.
