MHD Map Fail help???

MHD map failed on me and now the car won’t start . I didn’t have the battery hooked up when I first started the map. however tried doing it back to stock with the batttery hooked up and it gets to 45% and then just says flashing stopped. Any ideas on what I should do ??? I use a wireless obd tool that has been working fine and I’ve mapped it a few times already with it ? Could the amps dropped as I didn’t have it hooked up originally ? What’s the best thing to try as the car will not start just throws up aload of signs on the dash.
