Help! There has to be a way...

After 3 1/2 years and 70K miles, I’ve been lucky to not get any major stone chips or trauma to my front end. I had leased the car so I only put ceramic coating and not Xpel. I CPO’d it, and of course now I get crap happening to it. Note to self: Xpel the front and hood no matter what.

Now, I have these 2 major stone chips on the hood and it’s driving me nuts. I can’t believe that in 2024, we still don’t have a low cost solution for this. I’m hoping that someone out there does, or has a body shop/detailer that is so talented that I won’t see these chips. I’m in NJ, so any help would be geeatly appreciated.

You can do some impressive stuff with a high quality touch up paint, a mini polisher, and some wet sanding. AMMO NYC has some awesome touch up repair videos on their YouTube channel. I’ve had some good success with large chips in the past with my other vehicles. My go to touch up paint has recently been Dr. color chip and of course OEM. But Dr color chip is so easy to use/blend and color match is great IMO. Best of luck!!

I have lots of little chips......with 70 k miles I am amazed you just had the one? I have 54k miles. You would think that in 2018/2024 paint would be tougher LOL.
