VTG Calibration faulty

Hello everyone,

I have a 3.0 diesel.

I have a faulty VTG calibration
54C4 – with 4x4, ABS and brake warning lights on the dashboard.
5208 - Actuator power supply
539E - VTG operation error

I tried to recalibrate the actuator using ISTA, but the VTG performance check failed.

The error is "ERROR ECU CONDITIONS NOT CORRECT OR SEQUENCE ERROR REQUESTS"

I also tried to encode SG_CODEIREN in NCS Expert with an empty MAN ecu VGSG file, which results in an ERROR_ECU_GENERAL_REJECT error.

I replaced the VGSG module with another used one, errors in NSC and ISTA still occur.

Please help... I've spent ages trying to sort this out and now it's getting depressing

Thanks
Paul

I see information indicating an issue with the VTG power supply. Have the power measurements been conducted according to the WDS (Wiring Diagram System)? Are the fuses and wiring checked and functioning properly? Afterward, perform a test on the VTG motor and consider replacing it if necessary. Then, utilize ISTA and apply the replacement function. There shouldn't be any active VTG errors at that point, and ensure adherence to the specified ABL
