this is probably obvious...

I've just never seen it remarked on. By far the easiest way to deal with date or day and date in a 30 day month is to quick set the date to "31" on the afternoon of the 30th. Day should look after itself. Works with all of my watches.

Or just wait until the next morning and move it from 31 to 1 before putting it on your wrist.

I only notice its off on the 1st of the month.

As per the previous poster. I just like having it right at 7 A.M. on the 1st when I'm usually not noticing much at all.
