homeade pho?
We hadn't had it in a long time - my wife found a place that delivered PHO soup last night. Came with steak and piping hot broth to pour over the various sprouts and noodles and thinly sliced steak. Super good on a cold (relatively speaking) night.
Reckon it would be fairly easy to make at home? |

It seems easy but it's a hassle/mess making it too. I'd rather just go out but lately lots of restos did the cardinal sin: NOT have PIPING HOT soup! So nasty when it's anything but that! Argh.
What's your fave ingredients? Mine are tripe, cooked beef brisket.
