Misfire on cyl 3 / MAF Leak

Looking for some help with an issue im trying to nail down, (PS had to create a new login as my old one for some reason would not work from many years ago)

first some history, had a code come up for the eccentric sensor which also threw a cyl 3 misfire. I replaced the sensor and put the valve cover back on etc and the eccentric code went away and the engine did not have the super rough idle.

now i am getting the following codes since doing the eccentric sensor
1. P00BC
2. P0300

i have done the following already, swap plugs and injectors misfire stays on cyl 3, swapped injectors and misfire stays on cyl 3 still.

put a new coil in cyl 3 and still a misfire on cyl 3.

not sure what approach to take next for the misfire and the MAF leak, i checked the tube behind the motor for cracks and didnt visually see anything (but cant guarnatee it is not cracked else where).

any tips or help would be appreciayed.

Is there a chance the maf leak is causing a misfire , the engine runs smooth until it hits 600 rpm then it blips up and down hard to tell there is even a misfire
