BMW 530xi Front Control Arm Torque Specs?

Hello,

Does anyone know what the torque specs are for the Upper and Lower control arms (Front) on a 2007 530xi?

1. Where they bolt to the frame? I'm confident from documentation it's supposed to be 74 ft lbs?

2. The nuts on the ball joints? One website states the ball joint nuts are supposed to be torqued to 122 ft lbs? That seems excessive though?

Can anyone confirm any of the above torque specs?

God Bless,
Ralph
