Don’t want to use Mobile app

I always click on the desktop version. How can I keep from using the Mobile app on my iPhone? I have checked the stay logged in box, but sometimes when I open the app it has me in the mobile app. I prefer the desktop version. Do I have to keep changing versions?

Tap the Aa icon, go to Website Settings, and activate Request Desktop Website.

So, I found out that this is how you do it on an Android phone. Now if someone can tell me how to do it on a iPhone, I’ll be happy.

I wonder, after 8000 reads, is everyone like me and doesn’t know, or is it not possible to correct with an iPhone?

The screenshot above is from an iPhone, that's how it's done on an iPhone. 8000 people are perplexed at your response.

Please tell me where the Aa icon is located on my iPhone? I think a post or two were deleted, the person who posted that said it was an Android. I’m trying to get some real help. Don’t try and make a fool out of me. If you can help, thanks. If not post somewhere else.

You’re basically demanding people help you with your problem which makes people do the opposite. Regardless, I will attempt to help. See attached screenshot from my iPhone. It’s in the left side of the address bar in Safari web browser.

Just a note, using the recommended method is just temporary. After a couple days it went back to the mobile app. No need for anyone to respond. Thanks

Desktop and mobile both kind of suck for this version of vBulletin. Works best on a Jitterbug.

You didn’t follow the instructions in my post. If you change it in Website Settings, it will always load the desktop page.

I did what you said, here is a screenshot of where I changed it. When I open the app the following day it opens the mobile app. I’m just going to accept it. Thanks

Can you tap website settings and take a screenshot? I set mine forever ago and it never reverts.
