E60 528 transmission slip

Hi all,

Original owner of a 2010 E60, 91K miles, looks like I never replaced the transmission fluid according to my records, and noticing slight slipping in 4th gear as I accelerate - feels like a repeating kick - possibly 5th and 6th as well depending on speed. Do we think fluid replacement will fix it, or do I have deeper problems

Fluid and filter replacement + reset transmission adaptations did fix the issue, and the car has a lot more power as well. Should have done this at the recommended interval. Hopefully, we have not done long-term damage...
