DSC module is DEAD!!!

Hi. I have a BMW e60 525i 2004

I change DSC module and change VIN. new module is DSCA60, and my car is DSC60.
all things is OK, but some DSC error is for AFS.
I tried change DSC ZB number, in winkfp in expert mode.

but winkfp errro in 100%, 07FLASH.prg.

and MY DSC is DEAD!!
INPA does not know!!
and winkfp error is : IFH-0009: No response from controlunit 07FLASH
ECU does not answer SG_AIF_LESEN

I try with ISTA/P , and reanimate module, but ISTA/P error in program :
Global.VehicleCommiunication.EDIABAS.98 - SYS-0008: job not found; Global.VehicleCommiunication.EDIABAS.19 IFH-0009-ECU not connected or not responding.

I use from K+DKAN cable, Does ICOM help?

Can it be returned?
