Halsey "album/movie" If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power

I wasn't aware of this until a short while ago. I'm not a huge follower of Halsey but have liked a few of her songs. When I saw the trailer for this it interested me. Since this is both music and a movie, I decided to make this a separate thread.

Anyway, looks interesting. Produced by Trent Reznor so it can't be bad!

Can't see the video at work, so I'll have to check it out later; but typically anything Reznor is involved in, I tend to enjoy.

Yeah check it out when you can, looks pretty cool. Got some dark vibes to it which I like. Yeah the fact that Reznor got himself an Oscar recently ensures this will likely be a quality production.

Very interested in this. Always liked Halsey, got free concert tickets for her show once and she was great live. A lot of her music is based on storytelling so it'll be interesting to see what her movie/album is like, and Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross as producers will definitely give this an interesting sound.

Ended up listening to the album, wasn't able to see the movie as it was one night only. Excellent album, Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross' production is just great.

Not sure, as of now looks like it was one night at theaters, but will likely be online eventually or part of a deluxe album set.

Bells in Santa Fe is probably my favorite on the album right now, you can really hear Trent and Atticus' sound in it, almost cinematic like. I've long been a fan of Reznor, and him pairing with Atticus Ross for film/TV scores like Gone Girl, The Social Network, Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, and Watchmen has just created even more excellent music.

Man I have not. I forgot all about this thread. Saw a post Reznor made Friday and screen shot it. Cued for DL. I've got to get my after work life sorted. I don't have time for anything.
