I don't. The night my dad passed away from a long running illness, I drove to my job that evening to let the tech director know I was taking bereavement leave.

I didn't drive like an ass. And the ironic thing was some douche blew by me almost creaming the side of my car. And about a block away from that the idiot crashed into a utility pole. I ended up putting on my EMT/first responder hat on to stabilize the guy until the fire company down the road showed up.

My dad passes that night and I'm out saving some ass who was DUI.

^ damn. money talks. got off scott free despite there being video evidence of him being under the influence and damaging property / running red lights.

only a matter of time before this guy actually hurts someone and not just property.

Oh c'mon, they can't even get him on a hit and run? Video/tons of eyewitnesses saw him plow into that van (along with four other parked cars lol) then leave the scene of the accident. If I pulled something like this in my car I can't imagine how it would go for me.

Probably paid off every single victim of his rampage so they won't press charges, and another 'donation' to the NYPD to have them look the other way

Honestly, at this point I am so jaded with the legal system, I didn't expect any difference (notice I didn't say justice system)

If this were to happen to me I'd be in prison. I've been treated worse for speeding tickets, or paying a ticket a day late(It was due on a holiday - I was young and dumb)
