CIC Maps & bluetooth?

Hi all

I'm really stupid which is why I'm here, I can't seem to find a straightforward answer.

I have a 2013 F20 with CIC (I think) which only has bluetooth telephone with no music connectivity, and I don't have maps.

Is there a way to retrofit maps and Bluetooth audio to the CIC?
