Xbox controller

My youngest dropped his controller and the thumb toggle popped out. I pried off the back but it looks like there are several very small screws holding the rest of it together.Should I buy a micro screwdriver to try to fix this or does anyone have any other suggestions?

Yea assuming no other damage, you should be able to 'unsandwhich' the two portions and pop the thumb pad back on. Then tighten everything backup. Would be worth a shot before dishing out $60 on a new one.
