Chevy Blazer Premier opinions/pricing/deals?
Thinking about just getting my mom a leftover Blazer premier fully loaded with a 51k MSRP, for 36k and some change after dealer discount and GM incentives. This excludes dealer fees and TTL. On a 2019 with 80 miles on the odometer.
Any of you guys have any experience with this POS? Is it t another GM POS or they're decent SUVs? Wanted to get my mom an X3M, but she's auto-illiterate so she prefers American plastic SUVs. Oh well, saves me some money I guess.

I researched the Blazer.
First of all it’s made in Mexico, not an issue for me mostly? But when getting in the $40,000 price range it is a factor. Seems on Blazer forum lots of complaints of rattles - seem early 2019 cars or cars purchased 8mos ago. Consumer reports rates Chevy as lower then average reliability but list the Blazer as having pretty good owner satisfaction. I was reading on YouTube Chevy Silverado’s have a history of blowing oil lines ? So I started looking at Toyota Highlander’s or maybe wait till Tesla’s CyberTruck. Also consumer reports dinged the blazer for visibility - narrow side windows. Said the optional Surround View camera is advisable. |
