I think it's 2-3 years ago , that you worked in Belgium ?

I'm not in the molding business . I'm doing the test run fase with the new molds and make the molds and products ready for release according spec.
As for the Sepro Robots , I design the robot handling (robot grippers) and the programming .

Lol. No worries. From E92 M3 days. It’s been several years!
I’ve programmed and built EOAT for IM’s as well in the past. Yushin, Wittman, Engel, Fanuc etc. I’m more in overall IOT tech/implementation now but either way, glad to see you’re doing well. This Covid pandemic is far reaching and will create a lasting impact on the world.

My sincere apologies for the misunderstanding .
Yeah. It's been several years . First I thought you was him . He said to me , he didn't liked to work in Belgium . And finally he returned in the US (Cali.)

I see . We run with Arburg, Nissei ES/NEX, Sumitomo SHI Demag .
Wittman ? Of course , 40% of our temptools (mold water cooling) are from Wittman.
4 new molds will come from Japan (maybe this month) Japan is already 6 months busy with the construction of the new molds .
The new project is for Panasonic . Molds are semi-hotrunners with one runner for each 4 cavities . Each mold has 64 cavities and they will run with a cycle time between 12-14 seconds ,depends of the required cooling time ( shrinkage ) and about how fast that I can make the Sepro robot for his handling .
Each shot has 16 runners . The runners will be crushed and recycled in the Koch central granulate conveying and drying system . And will be re-used in the further cycles when the drying process is completed .
The granulate for this specific product is Polyamide made by Leona in Japan .

Indeed . Covid-19 (actually SARS-Cov-2) is a disaster for mankind !
Mate . Stay save and healthy ...

881 recorded UK deaths today and no sign of change in the rate. Our PM Johnson shows no change but is sitting up in bed. Gov' considering tougher measures soon with cars being stopped to check if cars really being used within guidelines to cut down on the shocking ratio of deaths though how this will stand up legally is questionable.

Over 1.5 million cases and 6118 gone out of 7.8 billion world population is very small by comparison one would think but rising every day affecting nearly every country putting immense stress on hospitals and health services.

My friend I couldn't agree more . The 6118 deaths is the number from today
The total deaths from COVID-19 is currently + 94,949 . But according virus specialists:They estimated easily over 100,000
The reason why is :Because the Chinese are playing from the beginning Hocus-Pocus with their numbers. And a lot of people died alone at home in poverty , that's why the registererd number from the COVID-19 (live) updater is actually not correct .
Stay healthy my friend !

The Great Pacific Northwest is experiencing BEAUTIFUL weather (17-20C) with blue skies and warm weather....all parks are closed and there is an increased focus this weekend to ensure any of the waterfront areas and beaches near the Puget Sound are cleared of groups of people:
https://www.google.com/maps/place/Pu...4d-122.4713352

Yesterday it was 68 F (20C) so my wife and I did yard work. I have a TON of grass - the front lawn is 10,000 square feet (929 square meters) which I mowed - it takes 1 hr 30 min non-stop and my health meter on my phone said I walked over 8,000 steps and walked 2.75 miles; the rear lawn is 8,000 square feet (743 square meters).

It's warm in the UK!

We have curb side pick up of yard clippings by our waste management provider. The container is two wheel and pretty large - 96 gallon (363 liter). My wife increased the containers from one to two (only $14 US per month extra) for the year, as we have quite a bit of yard to manage. I have a mulching mower and the grass clippings are exhausted out the side of the mower and onto the grass, which is good for the grass as it decomposes and acts as nutrients for the grass.

We've got kerb side also but prefer to take to dump( (1 mile away) it used to be free but now they charge,I refuse to have that as council charges us a lot in the dreaded council tax.

Got it - what is the delta between the council charge and the dump charge; having the dump so close is great; does the dump compost the yard clippings?
