File a police report, give them a copy of the video. If they’re unwilling to pay for damages either to go small claims court or file a claim with your insurance and have them deal with it.

I'm waiting to hear the reply you get from those asshats once you claim they are lying about the hit and run and you have it clear on dashcam what happened. That'll change their tune real quick.
When you call them, mention you are recording the call so you are legally in the right, then ask them to state what happened. Once they lie and say it was a hit and run, tell them to cut the bullshit and you have footage on dashcam of exactly what happened, so either they repair the full damage caused or you will file a claim through insurance, or can take it to small claims court. The reason I'd recommend recording it is so you have some proof of them lying to you to try to get out of reimbursing you if you go to court. Also, make sure you get the repair done at BMW and not with these clowns. I'd raise all hell personally just because they lied and tried to play you a fool. |

Get a police report. Report to your insurance company as well. Take car to BMW approved body shop. My guess is this shop that damaged your car, left to their own devices, will try to take the cheap way out of the problem.
