Well, there are a bunch of people who didn't get their kids immunized so that's one way to help things like mumps make a comeback.

Very true. In my case, both are adults and both were vaccinated as kids. Apparently the vaccine is only good for 20 years and now they are finding it may only really be effective for 10.

Figured I was in the clear as I had to get an MMR in college when we had a measles outbreak on campus. But that was back in 1995, so, yikes!
