Navigation always points to recent past destinations

Has anyone had this problem?

Whenever I turn on the vehicle, the navigation automatically enters a destination that I've been to in the past. This latest destination, I went to twice in two days (wrestling tournament), but that was about three weeks ago. Ever since, the navi prompts me, and then start guidance to that destination. This happens on my '17 X5 AND 540ixDrive! Is there something that I'm missing?

Try deleting all previous destinations from Navi. If problem still occurs, take to dealer. Might need a reset or software update.

Check your app on your phone to make sure your destination is deleted from the app.

Delete the destination(s) in the ‘activity’ tab of your BMW app. It thinks the destination activity is still active and therefore prompts you to navigate there.

Thanks for your responses. Turns out, that if you start your destination from the app and don't complete it, (enter parking lot from a different entrance) it stays active. Sheesh!!!
