it has the location sharing with a contact now and now no need to have 2 apps installed, before you had to have both the BMW Connected and BMW Remote app to control the car or send a google maps destination to your vehicle. Now they're all in this one single app

it also displays your mileage, gas tank level and how many miles/kms to empty, service requirements, etc

Glimpse worked before and I only was using BMW Connected. Only IOS needed two apps. But, nice to have location sharing built in as well.

For some reason, it said incompatible with my phone so I forced update from 2.0 by sideloading apk.
