Tried to box with a boxer, stupid game plan. She lost her legs after that first straight left in round 1.

I missed it unfortunately. Saw second round today looks like she just plodded into stiff lefts and couldn't handle them. Before her overpowering aggression was enough.

I would think Dana White will benefit from this. Instant rematch with likely the biggest PPV numbers for a women's fight ever. Sounds like this fight just emphasized that a great boxer can match up very well in MMA. Kicks/arm bars/etch are all great, but if you can't get close enough to do it, then your in trouble. "Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth" (Mike Tyson).

Interested to see if Rousey learns from this fight and changes tactics or if this becomes her Achilles heel.

She needs to not throw one punch. Shoot, take her down, arm bar...done.

Not like how she tried to take her down after a round of eating punches(she had no strength at that point), trying to box a boxing champion...stupid.

As good as Holm is at standup, Ronda is 10x better at grappling. Grapplers will always have advantage in mma.
