So does anyone know how to go about this or has the setup currently and can give me some very specific guidance on what to buy?

I know this is TITS - http://www.gamepod.co.uk/fanatec-wheels.asp

but the monitors and PC requirements STUMP me. Can anyone help and give me some guidance?
